Abstract

The up to date article tries to discuss affirmative actions focusing two main questions as result of racism culture. One of them concerns about the points of view that refuse the historical process and the other deals with the weak understandings about the meaningful concepts that guide an specific public policy towards black population. The idea is criticize some approaches that avoid the advance of discussion and obviously retain the comprehension of such strategy to include afro-brazilians.
