Abstract

Overview of the process initiated in October 2011 at the Senate, namely: PLC No. 98, 2011, proposal from a Special Committee of the House of Representatives to “follow and study proposals of public policies for the youth”. It is the narrative of the Statute of Youth approval made by its rapporteur.
