Color Policies Project at the Federal University of Mato Grosso

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to describe the impact on the academic performance and world view of students on scholarship participating in the ongoing affirmative action project Colour Policies in the Federal University of Mato Grosso. The paper also describes the impact of this project on the academic environment of the same university, especially among the professors responsible for the coordination of the project.
