Abstract

This article presents a model of use and occupation of space for the Serra de Santana region, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. For this, it uses the theoretical-methodological framework of Landscape Archeology, with the final objective to trace old paths, crossing routes, stopping points and landmarks in the landscape that would have been used since ancient times by the different populations that inhabited this region over the centuries.
