Abstract

The State violence exerted during the seventies in the municipality of Atoyac, Guerrero, comprises an investigation about memory recovery to the relatives of disappearences. Atoyac is the place in where the greater number of forced disappearances, 450 is documented and have not obtained justice, and whose emblematic case represents the sentence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (CoIDH) to the Mexican State in November 23, 2010 by the case of the crime of forced disappearance of Don Rosendo Radilla Pacheco in 1974.
