what is it about?

Abstract

This article has the objective to analyze the current version of the Habitation Plan for Whitewashing of the Central Area of Fortaleza/CE - PHRACF, reflecting on the proposals of urban and habitation politics presented by the Municipal Public Power for this territory. For in such a way, we bring reflections on the urban and habitation conditions in the national and local context and on the main occured alterations in the urban centers and as these influence in the current conditions of housing of the inhabitants of these territories.
