ethnic diversity, public policies and the challenge of national unity

Abstract

The divergences multiplicity of ethnics group and interests of some leaders are the challenge for Angolan State maintenance. Aimed to understanding of experience we present dates about Angola State Construction process, the extern influences and the conflict army crash in these country. We approach the actions of the public power, demonstrating the predominance of the defense politics. We evidence a difficult for some population segments to recognize as members of one same collective, the State-Nation. Considering to the negative behavior of citizenship that produced distrust in the state political power, special we gave prominence that the diversity Ethnic respect and the silence voices inclusion from the colony period are the firstly for construction and fundamental for national identity.
