Abstract

The objective of this article will be to approach the process of genesis and development of cultural policies, paying particular attention to both the foundational period and the current moment in which they seem to have been consolidating some lines of action in which a change of cultural framework characteristic of late modernity, together with the emergence of new instrumental objectives.
