sexism and impunity? A research in progress

Abstract

This project aims to investigate gender violence, specifically the murder of women victims of their husbands or partners in the state of Ceará. The intention is to conduct a study from the experiences lived by the victims and aggressors, qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating the facts that permeate this extreme modality of social coexistence. In this sense, one of the objectives is to create a database that allows the construction of a profile of these actors with their respective life histories in order to enable the monitoring of public policies aimed at addressing this issue.
