Abstract

This article discusses issues related to cultural policy, focusing on actions, activities and institutions located in the urban space. There are many reasons for talking about urban cultural policies, notably the growing importance of urban regeneration policies as an integral part of sustainable development strategies and the growing recognition of their indispensable articulation with cultural policies.
