Advances and Obstacles in Primary Health Care

Abstract

This article analyzes the conduct of the National Policy of Humanization in Primary Care, highlighting advances and obstacles achieved from a study conducted in family health centers in the municipal network of Fortaleza. From the perspective of professionals and managers, we examine various aspects related to the management, participation and humanization of health units, making a comparative approach with the basic principles of Humanization.
