Abstract

The research aims to analyze the inclusive public policies developed in the educational system in Macapá-AP at the Raimundo nonato Dias Rodrigues Educational Center, based on legislation in force at the national and state level in Macapá. In the work, it was verified the public policies of inclusion in the context of the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of the specialized institution object of the study. The research techniques used were bibliographic research based on publications and pertinent studies by authors that address the theme.
Documentary research was also used, which enabled knowledge about legislation documents, norms, opinions, decrees and laws. contributing to the purpose of the study, in the qualitative-descriptive field, data were collected through interview and observation instruments. Based on the analysis of the results obtained with the research, it was understood that the lack of coherence between the letter of the law and the practice of specialized service centers is still noticeable, needing changes to meet the inclusion process.
