Roberta Meneses Oliveira, Universidade Federal do Ceará

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Specialization in Clinical Nursing, Master's Degree and Doctorate in Clinical Care in Nursing and Health from the State University of Ceará (Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE). She is an Adjunct Professor in the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dentistry and Nursing of the Federal University of Ceará(Universidade Federal do Ceará - UFC) and carries out research related to Management in Health Services, Work Processes, Human Behavior and Socio-professional Relationships, Psychodynamics of Work, Organizational Health, Professional Ethics, Humanization in Health Services, Workers' Health, Positive Practice Environments and Patient Safety.
