Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the political dynamics mobilized during electoral processes in state elections regarding the movement of political actors in dispute to form political alliances and / or electoral disruptions. For this purpose, the elections for the government of the State of Ceará, held in 2014, were taken as a corpus of analysis, observing them from the movements of the political actors of the State since the elections of 2010, moment of the constitution of a new political cycle in the Ceará, which were defining the positions and interests of the political groups around the conduct of the State. From the observation of press publications in Ceará, from the speeches produced in partisan advertisements, electoral hours and the formation of alliances, the volatility of political agreements on long-term projects was understood, favoring the formation of alliances around Political parties, corroborating with the personalization of the electoral disputes and with the centralization around leaderships, that spreads its influence in the legislative elections.
