Abstract

ABSTRACT: This work to discuss amateur football as an space that includes aspects
connected to multiple sociability and that makes it possible to understand the reality not only
of historical subjects, but also of the community as a whole, having as a starting point the
club ADOEC, in the city of Ocara-Ce. With debates based on oral interviews, photos and
document analysis, it is proposed to have an indepth view of this universe full of practices
and memories of agents who live daily in this environment. These spaces undergo constant
transformations over time, with different ways of adapting and living together, demanding
new ways of acting. These debates are not only linked to sports practice or the playing field,
but to everything that surrounds it, becoming an important place for social, cultural and
historical practices.
