Abstract

The fetal maceration characterized by the use of contraceptives erratically, causing disruptive degenerative changes of the fetus. The diagnosis is based on clinical evaluation by the anamnesis, more ultrasound is strictly required the latter to better diagnosis. The treatment was ovary-salpinge-hysterectomy.
