This article seeks to analyze the theme of law in Thomas Aquinas, based on his reading of Aristotle. Starting from the divine and Christian perspective, Thomas seeks to formulate the new politics and principles of his time through his philosophical thought. Although his work is of great length, here it is only necessary to analyze his political vision based on the Treatise on the Law in the Summa Theologiae and Political Writings.
