The objective of the study was to describe a case of digestive lymphoma in a 12-year-old cat, mixed breed, with negative serology for feline leukemia (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency (FIV). During the physical examination, moderate dehydration and abdominal pain were observed. In the transabdominal ultrasound examination, splenomegaly and scattered anechoic areas were observed in the region of the body and splenic head, moderate vascularization, suggesting neoplasia. The neoplasm was classified as splenic lymphoma, of the lymphoblastic lymphoma type. The immunophenotypic examination classified the lymphoma as B-cell lymphoma. The neoplasm was treated with combined chemotherapy of vincristine sulfate and prednisolone, followed by total splenectomy. Aninrnl showed improvements after treatment, and three months later hepatic lymphoma was diagnosed, and the owner opted for euthanasia. There is a need for antineoplastic therapy to control digestive lymphoma, with the aim of increasing the patient's quality of life and survival. It was possible to observe high-grade digestive lymphoma with a high rate of mitosis in a cat over 10 years old and without association with FIV or FeLV infection.
