Abstract

The glanders is an infectious disease caused by Burkholderia mallei in solipeds. The transmission occurs through contaminated food, water and contact hurt. Acute infections are characte1ized by fever, nasal discharge and lymphadenitis head and neck, along with swelling of the upper respiratory tract.
