Embryo transfer in the equine species is a biotechnique of utmost importance for the horse industry. Since the versatility of this species is the main factor responsible for the global growth of equine breeding, this biotechnology allows for greater development of the sector through gains in reproductive efficiency and increased genetic improvement, favoring the improvement of breeds and their crosses.
