O Pensamento de Popper para alguns problemas fundamentais na Filosofia da Ciência

Abstract

This article aims at an explanation of Popper’s thinking about the problem of induction, demarcation and the idea of falsificationism. According to Popper, the problem of induction has a very close relationship with the problem of demarcation, which is a rational attempt to establish criteria to distinguish between scientifically valid theories and pseudo-sciences, such as Marxism, psychoanalysis and astrology. To these theories do not allow the falsifiability, ie, they can not be subjected to the criterion of demarcation.
